By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the terms below. These terms cover your use of the BWRD website and how orders are formed and fulfilled — for return, exchange, or refund details, please see our separate Return & Exchange Policy. 1. Order Acceptance

Placing an order and completing checkout does not automatically mean it's confirmed — your order is accepted once we dispatch it. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been received, and a further update once it ships.

If an item you've ordered becomes unavailable, we'll contact you to offer a similar alternative or process a full refund if you'd prefer not to substitute.

Ownership of a product remains with BWRD until payment has been received in full.

 

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations can be made only before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled through this process — from that point, our Return & Exchange Policy applies instead.

 

3. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We try to represent our products — including color, fit, and print detail — as accurately as possible. However, actual color may vary slightly depending on your screen display. We do our best to keep product and stock information current, but availability isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

 

4. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on the BWRD website — including designs, photography, and branding — is the property of BWRD and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our permission.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

BWRD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or delay/unavailability of a product, beyond the value of the order itself. This doesn't affect any rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

 

6. Changes to These Terms

BWRD may update these terms from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
