BWRD — Shipping Policy

This policy covers how orders are dispatched and delivered. For issues with a wrong or incorrect item received, see our Incorrect Shipment Policy. For returns, exchanges, or defective items, see our Return & Exchange Policy.

1. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping applies to all orders over Rs. 8,000.
• Orders under Rs. 8,000 are charged a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200.

 

2. Dispatch Times

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same working day.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
• Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan's national holidays are processed and dispatched on the next working day.

 

3. Delivery Times

• Standard delivery takes 4–7 working days from dispatch (no delivery on Sundays).
• During high-demand periods — major drops or sale events — delivery may take longer. We'll flag this on the site when it applies.

 

4. Delivery Address & Requirements

• We deliver to the home or office address provided at checkout.
• We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
• All deliveries must be signed for on receipt.
• We will attempt delivery at least twice before returning the order to us.
